No, Israel is a settler colonial country, occupying a land called Palestine. Countries are legal, social, economic, buerocratic entities, they cannot be occupied, unless by a puppet regime. The PA is an occupied state, but there is no Palestinian state outside the WB and Gaza.

Arguing that there is a country called Palestine and that it's occupation is the great moral crime just again dehumanizes Palestinians, as if human suffering and the need for self determination are not enough for legitimacy and recognition.
