They stopped counting around 60k because they were physically unable to. Civilian casualties of acts of war (and war crimes) always have a long tail.

Anyone who says the death toll is less than 100k, or that 2 million ethnically cleansed people in ever-shrinking refugee camps don't count, is a genocide denier.
