Are Hybrids that popular that they would cause any real shift in the market?

$4.43 a gallon in September, according to ​AAA, compared with $3.20 a year earlier.

Holy shit did this idiot fuck the whole world. I knew it was bad but never actually looked up the numbers. America should really be broken up into 2+ different countries.

    If you want another holy shit moment, go look at what's happened to the price of diesel -- which is rather important for shipping basically everything...

    We hit a rather disturbing milestone in California last month: https://fortune.com/2026/09/10/9-999-maxed-out-california-diesel-prices-overwhelm-pump-displays/ -- and we hit the highest recorded average price nationally of $6.5276/gallon about a week ago according to this source.

    Shit is absolutely fucked right now.
