Daily reminder that huge sections of the online left is actively bad for you and for any left-wing aims you want to help make real. That's not to say that the online realm isn't important and isn't intrinsically related to the offline parts of the movement, but oh my, it can be very toxic and disheartening to see the most active or most bot-promoted online people. Seeing how reasonable and smart most offline people here have been, regardless of socialist ideology, is reassuring. (just avoid the cult-y groups, if any are near you.)
