What about freezing and locking the whole system ~45 minutes in a meeting every time? Or hear me out, lets display the content of the window in the centered rectangle that takes 15-20% of window and it can be resized down but not up?

    For me: When using the teams app on my work laptop, something prevents the clock multiplier in my processor from working correctly - it's locked to 600-800MHz (according to the performance tab in the Taskmanager) and everything is very sluggish. As soon as I exit the meeting, it will jump back up to several GHz as it should...
