if it comes to civilians vs miltech, everything is already lost as they can just use neurotoxins or whatever at that point. And if its regular warfare then there are better solutions, unless its guerilla warfare which is different topic.

And that stuff is expensive, so it wouldnt be deployed everywhere. What i'm thinking about is being able to do something about all the cheap things that can be put everywhere. And it doesnt have to be just drones and robots, being able to disable a camera covertly might also be good. If you have to take down something really expensive then might as well go loud and use thermite and explosives as you said.
