Modern miltech is usually EMP shielded, especially when they're spending upwards of millions of dollars on each one.

Nets seem to be effective based on footage from Ukraine. They fire them out of hand cannons like the ones for T-shirts. Could be rigged to a drone, but anything on the consumer market will be more limited in range/altitude/speed/acceleration/maneuverability than whatever is being used by the military/police state. Some RC planes can be made for pretty cheap, they can go faster but the battery will only last a few minutes.

For the robodog and centaur killbots, slide a little RC vehicle underneath with some thermite rigged to pow upwards at the right moment. Just don't use that anywhere near civilians.

Any humanoid robot will probably be easy enough to push over, but if they get smart and train them in taichi or something then just remember that during medieval times the joints were always a weak spot in plate armor, and there is a very real reason for that which I think might apply here.
