It's crazy to think that through the 2010s and up to just a few years ago we were in this huge drive for quality in software engineering.
More tests. Robust pipelines. Squash the bugs.
Uptime was a matter of pride for web services. Anything less than five 9's was shameful.
Then AI happened and every business collectively decided they don't give a fuck about quality any longer. Screw it, ship the features, line goes up.
I hate it.
