I answered you in other post because it seems to me that you are belittling all of this initiative as not "enough". I want to correct you on that so I will copy my last comment here as well:

More than oil, Cuba needs energy independence and that is achieved through an increase of solar energy production. Just like China’s ambassador to Cuba said about solar plants in this article:

For his part, the Chinese ambassador to Cuba, Hua Xin, explained that this solar plant will allow for savings of approximately 18,000 tons of imported fuel annually, equivalent to seven million dollars.

For every solar plant, there is important savings in fuels that will allow for Cuba’s own national oil production to cover the needs for tractors and/or ambulances.

So please, don’t belittle what solar panels and all of the efforts put into donating them have done for Cuba. I invite you to study the positive impacts of all of these initiatives by the solidarity orgs around the world.

Cuba needs oil and that someone grows a pair to nuke the fuck out the US.

A lot of these posts only mention "panels", but i think these are actually complete systems with energy storage.
