You could say the same about hammers in a hardware store. If someone yells 'I'm gonna throw this hammer at your fucking head!' and cocks their arm back, then they're being a huge idiot that endangers those around them and they deserve to get kicked out of the store. It doesn't mean that the hardware store is full of hammer nuts that are ready to sell hammers to maniacs.

You're expected to treat tools and others with respect when you're in public, especially if you're in someone else's space (like a store). If you don't, then there are consequences.
