The risk as i understand it from the act of dissolving the capsule. I infer that it's equivalent risk for each capsule regardless of the per-capsule dose or how long you've been taking the capsules.

It would be equivalent of saying "plugging random USB sticks into a PC can be dangerous regardless of the reported capacity of the drive or how often you've plugged in a random stick and not been the victim of a ransomware attack."
