Reading comprehension hard for non- Americans? Don't understand the difference between the ability to do something and consent/support for doing so? Or just picking an argument for no fucking reason?

    Naturally. We Americans are the cradle of civilization. The very concept of "comprehension" was invented by us to begin with. Those outside the walls had to learn it second hand.
