About a year later I was at a picket for SBWU, which had shut down their location when the store manager wouldn't allow the staff to display a pride flag during pride month. The district manager was lurking around, and standing by the front door when my ex walks up to her, carrying a full starbucks cup, and says "I just bought this through the drive through but found out what you did. I stand with the queer poly community" and throws the full cup at the DM's feet, storming off. Gave me a real icy stare on her way back to her car too. The starbucks employees i was talking to were just like, "what a fucking badass."

Somebody filmed it and it got like 1.5 million views on twitter.
