I have a rapport with the two strays outside now. I feed them and they come, but they still stand 10-15 feet away and watch me, sometimes meow. I also named them! (hexbear.net)

The grey is "little grey" (original I know) while the tiger striped is "berry". There's also a black cat too, but I haven't seen it at the bowl, so I named it "shadow" after our old cat we had when I was growing up same name.

Honestly the best job I have ever had. It's only part time 28 hours a week but it's just enough to get by. The coffee shop across the highway is hiring and I hope I can fill in some more hours getting trained as a barista.

    My only worry is that the doc is in his 70s and I don't know anyone that could possibly replace him. If he is retired I guess I would try to work at the coffee shop. I've burned bridges at most of the big places in my small town by either trying to form a union or calling out management for being or caving to Nazis.
