This was stuck in the ground at the side of a freshly resurfaced road in Hemmant where I parked this morning.

    Yeah I don't know. Maybe it's not too bad in cases like this. It's not like parking in a clearway in the city. Still it would be a pain to retrieve even.

    Yeah you'd feel especially bad if, for example, it was parked there legally while you were out of town and never saw the "don't park here on this night" notice.
