If you want a similar open source option for Android (without the globe map), Breezy weather is great. It's on fdroid and you can also get it through obtainium. You can choose the weather source.

    It doesn't have WeaWow's extensive widget options, nor does it seem to be able to just follow you around wherever you are and get the current conditions for that spot - you have to add locations to a list. My job has me going all over the place, so that's not in the least convenient.
