i am turning 20 this year and i have never felt so much mental anguish and fear in my life before. I have researched it and apparently the early 20s is harsh because of the combination of figuring out your life way more independently than ever before and internal challenges (onset of schizophrenia, personality disorders etc.) I have never hated people more than I do now and I’m scaring myself sometimes.
Who has survived this period pelase tell me what to do I’m Scared
It ain't you. Don't internalize the rot. Chill. The world is led by baby killing pedofiles. Take a break from trying to figuring out your problems. The real issue is the state. Or the world fascist government ran by diddling billionaires. The people you hate are just dumb. Why shoot squirrels when you can shoot bucks. Low level players just don't understand their role in it all. Protest are for governments that listen. I am 50. They pick the winners and the losers. Just look at the prison we live in. They have no justification for their role. Patience, reason and not internalizing the rot. Try to just go have some good clean fun. Hold on. It ain't you. You are not the problem. Really. It is also not up to you. We need the numbers and seems things are changing finally. People see these people now more than they have ever in the past.
I took a ADD medicine that a doctor prescribed... I started hearing voices. The experts are sometimes favored idiots willing to go through the gauntlet of conformity and shame.
