Dark link and that whole setting is absolutely stunning. That was the only highlight for me in the water temple. But the n64 version.. Equip iron boots. Unequip iron boots. Equip iron boots. Unequip iron boots. Equip iron boots. Unequip iron boots. Hit save button and scream into your pillow.

Same here. Hope it’s good. Never played any new ones except breath of wild which I despise and I truly wish I can ban and destroy that game. I hate it with such a primal feeling.

I digress, I hope the remake sticks exactly to same dialogue and same npc routines

    Personally I didn't like that it didn't have any major unique dungeons. The divine beasts were all very similar, and not much more than big shrines. I'd rather have discrete, themed dungeons.

    It was so barren. Felt lonely and so..uninviting.
    I played red dead 2 and wow.

    That game is a masterpiece. Same as ocarina of time in my opinion

    Yes it was quite empty in that sense, but I thought that made the populated areas feel all the more welcoming. I feel like in a way, the barrenness was what they were going for; a desolate Hyrule close to destruction where a few survivors were clinging on. Personally I didn't see how it's all that different from OOT or TP which had big open sections mostly filled with enemies. I suppose the scale is different in the case of BOTW? TP felt a lot more bleak imo.

    Including the long-winded fucking owl with "do you want me to repeat all of that?" as the default dialog choice if you mash the A button through it, lol!
