I parked there this morning and that sign was there. The road had recently been resurfaced as I stated. I assume it was resurfaced yesterday ( y'know, Sunday ) or last night.

I took the photo this morning, I posted it after I got home, is that OK ?

Pretty weird that OP would park someplace in the morning for 8 hours, then get back in their car, isn't it? Shit, they probably -gasp- drove home after!
