Why do these types of comments keep getting upvoted when they’re fundamentally virtue signalling with nothing of substance?

If people shouldn’t buy a smart tv, are you suggesting no tv at all? Or a business display that’s not as good for gaming and other media?

Or do you actually have a suggestion for a non-smart tv made with current technology?

    I mean yeah you have to if you don't want strangers spying in your house. idk im autistic but all i can say it's an easy choice for me to just not have a tv at all.
