and I’ll pick the winner.

And looking at all the options so far,
although not explicitly named,
Abdul-Malik al-Houthi seems to be the winner so far.

Has to be Dan Quagmire. Didn't hear anything but superlative compliments from fellow officers. Of course, Hegseth would have to personally sample the testosterone level, but hey, Pete might enjoy that.
