I've used both Ryujinx and Eden on Linux. I've been using Eden more due to its better performance, but they've both run fine for the few games I've tried.

I have setup two standalone emulators, Yuzu and Ryujinx. They work well and have tested a bunch of games for short time. And I played both Zelda games for hundreds of hours on Yuzu (because it was a bit slow on Ryujinx). Even with mods. Setting first time up can be complicated. Some games even require newer firmware. You need firmware files and keys (the keys need to match the firmware). On Linux.

Which main menu do you mean? The emultors own menu?
