Are we still sending military aid to Ukraine, or just selling them stuff? I know they cut it anyway, so they can give the excess to Israel and pursue Operation Epstein's Fury.
Ukraine knows the president is not on their side, and that the president doesn't have the juice to betray them more than he has already. The arms contractors I bet are a big part of that lack of juice.
