I recently discovered the ArtistTradingCards format and idea. This is my first watercolor attempt at making one! I hope there gets to be a lemmy community for such cards at some point

A small, rectangular piece of watercolor paper, the size of a trading card. On it, a watercolor painting of a building, roughly three levels tall, plus a few trees, and a low wall. The building is mostly in beige, brown, and yellow colors, with balconies on the left, with a red roof and some antennae on the chimneys.

Nice, this guide looks super cool, thanks! I saw two others before, they seem more or less saying the same: https://jenivievedesign.substack.com/p/artist-trading-cards-etiquette-101 via reddit faq, and a cool zine at: https://www.betty-draws.de/2026/07/15/atc-zine-07-2026
