In a town or city? Absolutly never need to go over 60mph

But those interstates in the middle of nowhere should be raised to 120, separate the lanes and theres literally fuck all to hit for hundreds of miles. That way it would cut down 11hrs to about 7.5 hours, making my trip to visit a buddy doable on a weekend off of work

High speed rail would also fix this problem...
