According to my mechanic, that specific engine, the 1200cc diesel, has been outsourced in manufacturing a few years prior and all of them started leaking oil from the cylinders after 120-150k km....

Enshittification at its best I would say.

The 1500cc and the 1900cc diesels and the gasoline one (I guess the lpg you drive is the gasoline base) have no issues.
