Hahaha, I’m sure safe working load and safety margin on the crane capacity was a thing - though if there was an incident, then I’m sure it could be blamed on agitators

    Most of the rules and safety we have today comes from decades of stuff like this. OSHA regulations are written in blood almost literally.

    Everyone on that would have a hard hat, harness, and fall arresting device of some sort if it were today, and that’s because people fell getting too high without safety.
