Not necessarily. Liberalism is a "lesser evil" compared to full fascism. Assuming that socdems/demsocs are dangerous at every moment is idealism. For example, The CPC allied itself with the Guomindang when it came to the fight against the fascist Japanese. Also, when it comes to solidarity with the White proletariat of the Global North, we shouldn't forget their complicity, but we have White comrades here. Remember what Fred Hampton said:

Apologies for pulling a quote here, but I think it fits this context. I know White people benefit from the spoils of imperialism, but they are proletarians with false consciousness. We shouldn't dehumanize them.
