Nah, many still repeat this as like you they have not read the report or investigation into the dossier, they act like trump not going all cold warrior on putin is evidence of him being 'on Kremlin puppet strings' but if that were the case his government wouldn't be the main supplier of military arms and and other aid to an opponent Russia is currently in a war with.

The Muller investigation with all the resources of the FBI and more were not able to find any evidence of coordination between the trump campaign and russia, they found that russia did want trump to win and used 'active measures' a scary term for facebook posts. Quoting stuff here(apart from stuff in parentheses):

Numerous Contacts but No Conspiracy: The investigation identified multiple links and contacts between Trump campaign associates and Russian-affiliated(They count Wikileaks as 'russia-affliated' which imo is an incorrect portrayal, they have received and published info from russian state actors, but have also done the same with other states and whistleblowers) individuals.(Most campaigns meet with foreign actors as a matter of course, by itself it does not imply collusion) However, the report stated these contacts did not amount to a criminal conspiracy

Receptive to Help: The report noted that the Trump campaign expected to benefit electorally from stolen emails hacked and released by Russia, but it did not find that the campaign knowingly or actively took part in the hacking or dissemination efforts

If it had found evidence of collusion, he would have been impeached for it 'Foreign Collusion/working for the Reds!' being far juicer than the relatively weaker sauce of getting Zelensky to try find dirt on Biden, and inciting J6 which were the reasons for his impeachments

Now I really shouldn't have to say this but seems to be necessary when anything that can be seen as pro trump comes up.
