Canal Caribe – The Electric Union reports the synchronization of thermal power plants that were undergoing maintenance and others where malfunctions have been resolved. The commissioning of these units coincides with the start-up of newly inaugurated photovoltaic parks. Journalist Bernardo Espinosa has more.
