I made a simple recipe of oatmeal, pumpkin pie spice, milk and honey. It came out alright all the flavor was in certain chunks of the oatmeal. Need to brainstorm on how to distribute the flavor. Probably need to stir well

This is what the outcome of my first pumpkin pie spice cereal

One of my favorites: oatmeal with some cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins, finely-chopped walnuts, honey, and a tablespoon of chia seeds. Tastes good and it's pretty good nutritionally.

I'm a big fan of fresh ground spices, and other seeds. The seed is nature's storage form, till the time is right. The outside of chia seeds is a coating that absorbs water to help ensure germination. It's the inside where the protein and essential fatty acids reside. Grinding immediately before using opens the seeds husk, and makes the nutrients in the interior available.
