Yeah they do. ime there's not as much emphasis on what Japan did to the rest of Asia as there is what Germany did to the rest of Europe. And there's absolutely no mention of unit 731 or comfort women or the rape of Nanjing or similar atrocities. But it's absolutely taught that Japan was an axis power.
