pushing this to normalize pedophilla.

They don't really need to manufacture how normalized pedophilia is in our society. They're simply capitalizing on it.

    It's extremely telling that your comment is the first I've heard of that aspect of the election in Hungary. The mainstream press in the US effectively shrugged and said "I guess they just got tired of him"

    In fact, it feels a lot like how the press in my country "explained" Obama's first election. Just a vague "Americans are tired of the Republican leadership and wanted change," Like the torture and disappearing of anyone they could sweep under the abstract wars of the time wasn't outrageous enough
