I think the Estonian one ("Osta euroopat") is wrong and translates to "Buy parts of Europe".

I'm not fluent (just Finnish) so I don't know what the actual correct translation would be, though looking into it I believe it might have to be three words rather than two. "Osta Euroopast" might be close but would AFAIK translate to "Buy from Europe" rather than "Buy European".
