They're using https://www.opendesk.eu/ if anyone is interested, and will likely expand it to 54,000 after the pilot.

while large-scale video conferencing still showed technical limitations.

this is my experience dragging a corp away from m$.. the video conferencing/teams replacement is a bitch to run in-house with reliability.
