    It is very much an implied contract. One of the most basic types, where you sell a thing and the thing must be what you said you where selling. For example if I sell you a fridge, it has to keep food cold.

    Recently shopped for a new refrigerator, and YOU WOULD FUCKING THINK THEY WOULD KEEP FOOD COLD, WOULDN'T YOU?!?!

    Ha! Yeah new stuff is getting really bad. My local waste transfer site has an issue with way way too many dead new fridges to the point the guy who removes the freon in the area (it was like a part time thing) had to go on stress leave after doing 75 hour weeks.
