I was able to get out over the weekend and snagged some monster smooth chanterelles, a decent handful of gorgeous cinnabar chanterelles and some bonus Strobilomyces.
those shits are why people don't pick mushrooms: "oh yeah this thing that looks like death incarnate? perfectly edible. Noononononono don't touch the one that looks like a champignon it'll erase you from the fabric of the universe!"
