A phonetic alphabet mostly filled with words which do not make it clear which letter you actually mean, aside from Bravo and Lima which retain their correct values from the NATO phonetic alphabet.

I still feel like Llama would’ve been better than Lima for some reason.

At the very least because Lima is the real NATO phonetic alphabet callout for "L"
