Easy peacy lemon squeezy: handing in ballots in batches of 1. It will as inefficient as the validation process.
I know OCR and a bit of AI and would be the obvious solution, but that's only if OpenAI or Anthropic contributes enough to the Trump slush fund Presidential Library. I'll bet good money that there's going to be warehouses of USPS workers desperately trying to manually validate ballots in time.
