I've interacted with folks here who told me their situation, and often it was just a series of their own poor life-choices. like this guy who told me he was oppressed because he wanted to be a music producer and AI stole his job... right buddy, right. it's that AI stole your job and not that you wanted to enter a professor where nobody makes any money... and rather than going and learning a useful skill you just sit around whining on the internet how your life is unfair if only the 'revolution' would come you'll be a successful music producer...

Yeah man, clearly it's 'the boot on my neck' that I am not a successful movie star! I was the star actor in my high school drama club! Clearly it was facism that stopped be from being a Hollywood movie star!

except no, i wasn't that stupid. I went to college, studied useful things, and built myself up through working part time gigs and then got a full time job and 20 years later I'm comfortable because of... making good choices and not wasting my life chasing 'dreams'. pretty much like... most everyone I know who didn't have social connections or rich parents...
