BUT WISHING YOUR PENIS WOULD “FALL OFF” IS
A SIGN THAT THE DISTRESS IS INTENSE, AND YOU
DESERVE SUPPORT RATHER THAN HAVING TO
HANDLE IT ALONE.
PLEASE DON’T INJURE OR REMOVE IT. IF YOU

ANYTHING YOU COULD USE TO INJURE YOURSELF

The AI is "overreacting", but it still made me think. I only said that boners and arousal annoy me sometimes so much that I wish it’d fell off. No plans, although fantasies about accidents might happen.

I can’t talk about such thoughts with my therapist. I refrain from talking about anything that could/would imply hurting my own body. I’ve had bad experiences with that

I'm not going to rashly claim that you should, because it can be unsafe, or not the time for it yet (or not the right therapist), but, getting to the point where, there is enough trust that you can share such thoughts with your therapist, can be an incredibly useful thing.

Sex, violence, and relations with other humans (gender) are big parts of all of our souls.

Making those things into things you are able to work on, is liberating, in my opinion

Do definitely take care of yourself though ❤️
