Is it really so unfathomable that some members of the US ruling class had advance knowledge of the attacks, when we know for a fact that the Saudi govt did? It's not like Larry's just some unlucky jew picked at random, he's the owner of the buildings! The meme's a bit puerile and I can't say for certain that the creator wasn't an antisemite, but the point holds.
