How can I drink a about 6-8 shots of whiskey and remain somewhat functional but two beers fucks me up and puts me to sleep. (lemmy.world)

damn dude

I got nothing, even assuming .5l beer with 5% ABV, those 7 whisky shots have seven times as much alcohol as 2 beers.

    If I drink it's usually in the evening. Like this weekend sat down to watch a volleyball game had 3 beers. Feel asleep before the first set ended at like 8pm.

    Next night about 4 mixed drinks in a hour. Just whiskey diet coke and about 2 after. Had a good buzz managed to stay up until 2am

    This is maybe at most once a month
