How can I drink a about 6-8 shots of whiskey and remain somewhat functional but two beers fucks me up and puts me to sleep. (lemmy.world)

This may be the correct answer because my brother has the same issue. He can down many shots but when he drinks beer, he gets tired faster. I myself can't really comment because I don't drink
