How is china going under the last graph. Maybe I am illiterate but idk what that means. Are they importing labor to Africa?

    They are brining in labor for infrastructure projects is my understanding. It seems to have dropped off quite a bit recently, likely due to labor increasing in Africa due to past Chinese assistance and development.

    That seems to be what the trend is indicating. I don't have any sources to back this up right now, but productive capacity in African states that have welcomed Chinese infrastructure projects likely would reflect this. I think the OP graph also indicates that the productive value generally is remaining in Africa as opposed to going to China.
