What if you 1. Don't drink 2. Need to get rid of your roommate's beer for reasons?

Here's the solution! Drumsticks came out extra tender, though probably half the beer would have worked better.

Doesn't look as nice since I scored the meat to soak the flavors in.

A lot of Chinese food add sugar but not fruit, since fruit is usually too sweet. Usually anything with msg would also have a few grams of sugar in it as well.

The goal is to add just enough sugar that it tastes different but you can't tell it's sugar.
