They need deep therapy, locking them in a box will make them 100 times worse.

    A statement that never comes up positive. Prison makes people worse.

    Dude has major issues but putting people in our current system, it's failing! We need to invest in alternative ways. See if we can understand and make.them productive.

    And there are too many cases where that approach has failed.

    I just assume this was a joke.
