It's not the kiddy fiddler's minions that are saying Russia is planning something, it's been Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Poland etc...pretty much half of NATO has made press-releases referencing various intelligence reports over the last 6 months that they're expecting something. 3. Even a stopped clock can be right once a day, but we don't know whether Ratcliffe went to Moscow to discourage Putin, or to give him the go-ahead that the US will stay out - both options are possible
