I keep seeing the same thing with the GTA VI extended look, and I saw it with Wolverine too.

If you’re not posting “this is the greatest thing I’ve ever seen,” you get treated like you personally attacked someone. Skeptical = hater. “I’m not convinced yet” = conspiracy. Wanting more than a cinematic highlight reel after 13 years, 2 billion dollars spent and charging $80 is “spoiled.”

You can be hyped for a game or think it looks good and still not like parts of i, but somehow being Skeptical gets treated like a personal attack or a conspiracy. As if raising an eyebrow after 13 years, 2 billion dollars spent, 2 delays and charging $80-$100 is “spoiled.”

Yes, social media is full of ragebait. Yes, some people were going to hate it no matter what. That doesn’t make every opinion fake. High expectations after this long and this much money are not “being spoiled.”

The most exciting game release in years is around the corner. Just about a month and transport fever 3 releases! I really can't wait.

Of course I've heard that gta6 is coming out. Haven't read or seen anything about it beyond that. I don't own or care about gta5 either.

What I'm trying to point out is just that what information you seek out is the kind of community you find. There are so many games to play, worlds to explore, puzzles to solve, factories to build. Why focus on a single game, even if just occasionally, but for 13 years? Even if it's good You're missing the other great games in all those 13 years?

Why get heated about drama about that one game? Just wait for it to be out, check a review or two, maybe buy/play it if it's good. Maybe it'll be out this year. Maybe next. Just instead of worrying about it, just play one of the thousands and thousands of games that are great, available and affordable!
