WASHINGTON, Aug 27 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump renamed Lake Ontario "Lake America" on Thursday, escalating a feud with Canada that has already ​spawned tariffs on tens of billions of dollars in cross-border ‌trade.

You're delusional. In East America (the old "Europe") we know it's called Gulf of America. Same for West America (Japan) or North West America (North Korea).
